Charter Oak State College participates in a collaborative Help Desk between a number of other colleges and universities. The Help Desk is administered by the Connecticut Distance Learning Consortium (CTDLC). The Help Desk hours (EST) are:
- 8am-10pm Monday - Thursday
- 8am-8pm Friday
- 8am-5pm Saturday
- 10am-8pm Sunday

- Blackboard - logging into (including password resets) and using the system
- Webmail - logging into (including password resets) and the basics of using the system
- ACORN - They will be able to assist you with logging in any problems will be escalated to our application support personnel for resolution during normal COSC business hours.
