Before users can access and manage the form workflow, they must be granted administrative permissions. These permissions let users set up Workflow tracks.
1. Log in to the campus portal as an Administrator.
2. From the profile drop-down options, select Site Manager. Example. The Site Manager page appears.
3. Click Global Portlet Operations. Portlets page appears. Example
4. Click EX FormFlow - Workflow. The Global Operations for EX FormFlow - Workflow appear.
5. Select the check boxes for the user groups you want to be able to create and manage approval tracks.
6. Click Save.
