How do I change my ACORN password?
If you do not have a Charter Oak Email account
- You may change you password by clicking on Personal Info at the top of the window. From here you can click on the tab labeled password.
- If you have forgotten your password, first attempt your login, you will then have access to a "forgot my password" link. Click on the link and a new password will be emailed to you.
If you have a Charter Oak email account
- At this time you cannot change your email password
- If you need a password reset Please contact the Support Center at 860.515.3710 or access the online system at www.charteroak.edu/support
